摘  要:以三星公司生产的S3C2410作为控制系统核心,设计有轨机车轮缘油气润滑控制系统,介绍控制系统的主要功能和系统结构.根据有轨机车轮缘油气润滑系统的控制要求,完成系统的硬件设计和软件设计.通过实验验证控制系统的实用性.对影响油气润滑效果及润滑油消耗量等重要参数进行专项实验,实验结果对完善油气润滑控制系统的性能和进一步提高系统的实用性具有重要参考价值.In this paper,the S3C2410 chip produced by Samsung company was used as a core of the control system to design the trolley locomotive wheel rim lubrication system of oil and gas,and the main functions and architecture of the system were introduced. Hardware design and software design were given by the control requests of the trolley locomotive wheel rim lubrication system of oil and gas. And the practicability of control system was verified by the experiment. Special experiment was carried out for important parameters influencing oil-gas lubrication effect and lubricating oil consumption. The experimental results had an important reference value for improving the performance of the oil and gas lubrication control system and further increasing the practicality of system.
