摘　　要：随着电力信息化建设的不断发展,信息系统对于供电公司的生产、管理越来越重要,不间断电源系统(Uninterruptible Power Supply,UPS)是电力信息设备运行的基本保障,需要保证UPS的安全、稳定、可靠运行。随着信息系统设备运行时间越来越长,机房基础环境设施需要及时改造,其中机房不间断电源系统的改造成为机房环境设施改造中的核心与关键。文章以国网盐城供电公司电力信息系统UPS的改造为例,分析了UPS的现状以及存在的问题,并提出了改造方案、业务割接步骤以及需要注意的问题。With the development of power information construction, information system is getting more and more important for the power supply company management and production. Uninterruptible power supply（UPS） system is the basic safeguard for the operation of power information equipment, which should guarantee the safe, stable and reliable operation of the UPS. With the longer and longer operation time of information system equipment, room infrastructure needs to be altered in time and UPS system is the key to the alteration. Using the UPS system alteration for the power information system in Yancheng Power Supply Company as a case study, this paper analyzes current situation and existing problems of the UPS system, and puts forward the alteration scheme, service cutover steps and issues should be focused.
