科技型中小企业融资因素的实证分析——以天津市为例

摘　　要：科技型中小企业作为高新技术产业的重要载体,以其管理成本低、建设周期短、市场适应性好、回报率高等优势,成为促进市场经济快速发展的一股重要力量。但是,因融资渠道受阻,融资难问题长期伴随着科技型中小企业的发展。本文以天津市科技型中小企业为例,实证分析表明,固定资产比率不再是影响科技型中小企业融资的硬性指标,无形资产比率的重要性逐渐受到重视。在此基础上,对我国科技型中小企业的健康发展提出一些可行性建议,真正实现金融服务于实体经济。As an important supporter of high-tech technology industry, the small and medium-sized enterprises has not only become the cradle of large high-tech enterprise, but also played an increasingly important role in the process of economic development. The difficult of financing has been hindered the development of SME. The paper taking Tianjin as an example analized the intangible assets ration has been becoming an important factor effecting the financing of SME not fixed assets ratio. Then, it put forward some feasible suggestions for SME.
