摘　　要：我国放射性物品启运前的辐射监测管理对一类、二类和三类放射性物品有不同的要求,本文在梳理和分析我国现行放射性物品运输的法规和标准基础上,提出了放射性物品国内运输、抵达或途径中国的放射性物品运输启运前的辐射监测管理的程序并对辐射监测报告编制内容和报送程序等相关事项做出具体的归纳总结。There are different requirements of the radiation monitoring before start shipment about trans- portation of three categories of radioactive material in China. Chinese programs of radiation monitoring for domestic transportation, radioactive material imported or by way of the territory of the People＇s Republic of China, are analyzed respectively in this research pursuant to Regulations for the Safe Transport of Ra- dioactive Material of 2009, and the other regulations. The main contents, the submission procedures, and document requirements of the radiation monitoring report are concluded.
