核电项目质保分级和质保要求分等现状与建议

摘　　要：本文对目前国内一些核电厂、核工程设计院有关物项和服务的质保分级以及影响质量活动的质保要求分等的现状进行了分析,指出了质保分级存在的问题,尤其是影响质量活动的具体质保要求及其分等方面存在的具有普遍性的问题。通过对美国的质保大纲分类及其标准的分析以及有关规定的解析,提出了解决质保分级和质保要求分等问题的具体思路和方法的建议。The article analyses the current situation of the items and services QA grade and the QA require- ment grade of activities affecting quality in some domestic nuclear power plants and nuclear engineering de- sign institutes. And this article also points out the current questions within these QA grades of especially the common questions which exist in the specific QA requirements and grades of activities affecting quality. Through analyzing the American classification of QA programs and their relevant standards of the article gives the special suggestion of thinking and methods to settle questions of the QA grade and QA requirements.
