摘　　要：根据发电厂的实际工程情况,同时结合PCS-996系列PMU同步相量测量装置的功能,设计同步相量测量系统在电厂和变电站的配置及应用。According to the actual situation of the power plant project, at the same time, combined with, the bartender electric PCS--996--PMU the function of synchronous phasor measurement device, This paper puts forward the design of synchronous phasor measurement system in power plant and substation configuration and application.
