鄱阳湖生态经济区资源型产业安全影响因素分析——以铀矿产业为例

摘　　要：鄱阳湖生态经济区作为国家战略发展区域,地方政府应该更加注重其可持续发展,尤其是对于资源型产业的发展,应该更加关注其安全性问题。以铀矿产业为例,分别罗列了环鄱区内资源型产业安全的影响因素,并通过DEMATEL方法,得到了各个影响因素的影响度、具体排序情况和因素之间的具体逻辑关系,最后提出了铀矿产业安全提升的三点建议:(1)进行动态监测;(2)走可持续发展道路,拓宽区外依存度;(3)进行制度创新与规制。Since the Ecological Economic Zone of Poyang Lake is the national strategy development region, the local government should pay more attention to its sustainable development and the problem of the security of resource -type industries. In this paper, we take the uranium industry as an example and list the resource industry safety factors of Poyang Lake ecological economic zone. By DEMATEL method we get the various factors＇ influ- ence degree, specific sorting and the concrete logical relationships between the factors. Finally we put forward three suggestions for promoting the uranium industry safety ： （ 1 ） dynamic monitoring; （2） to take the way of sus- tainable development, broaden the outside -area dependence; （3） to carry on system innovation and regulation.
