摘  要:材料学作为战略性领域的基础学科,在国防建设、基础设施、军用民用等领域具有广阔的应用价值。以东华理工大学材料学科为试验点,构建"循环递增"人才培养新型模式,开展由浅入深的研究及实践,形成一种"学为所用,以创促新"的品牌效应。在"循环递增"人才培养新型模式基础上,展开专业特色实践与教学实践,推进科教兴国与人才强国政策的践行。以创新型工程人才为依托,紧密结合学校办学特色与材料学专业优势,促进专业发展多元化与均一化,提升专业人才核心竞争力与创造力。As a basic subject in the strategic field, material science has a broad application value in the national defense construction, infrastructure, military and civil fields. This paper constructs a new pattern of talent cultiva- tion, with material subject of East China Institute of Technology as a site, to carry out the research and practice. Based on this "circulate -increasing" talent training model, we implement the professional characteristic practice and teaching practice, and advance with the practice of reinvigorating China through talents, science and educa- tion. Closely integrated into the school characteristics and the advantages of material science major, and based on innovative engineering talents, the homogenization and diversity of this professional development is promoted, and so is the core competitiveness and creativity of the professionals.
