将傩舞改编成傩操的区域性地方特色课程的研究

摘　　要：傩舞作为我国民间舞蹈之一,起源于上古氏族的图腾信仰与外在展示,作为一种原始文化信仰的传承,广泛流传在我国的江西等地。傩舞在动作结构与音乐使用方面,与健美操等有着很多的相似之处。因此,将傩舞改编成傩操形成区域性地方课程,对于传承傩舞文化、传承民族文化传统、促进高校体育课程改革目标的达成等有着非常重要的意义。The exorcism dance, one ＇of the national dances in our country, originates from totem belief and external display of the ancient clan. It widely spreads in Jiangxi as an original cultural belief. The exorcism dance and aerobics are very similar in movement structure and music access. So the adaption of exorcism dance to exorcising exercise to form a course of regional characteristics has an important significance in inheriting exorcism dance cul- ture, national cultural heritage and achieving,the goal of the reform of College PE Course.
