摘 要:采用人工气候箱活体接种、离体叶片圆盘接种两种接种方法对6个甜瓜白粉病病原菌生理小种鉴别寄主进行白粉病接种试验。结果表明,两种方法的试验结果与鉴别寄主抗性相一致,能够准确测定6个甜瓜白粉病病原菌生理小种鉴别寄主对白粉病2F生理小种的感抗性。此外,采用离体叶片圆盘接种法,感病寄主之间病情指数差异不显著,而采用人工气候箱活体接种法,不同感病寄主之间病情指数有显著性差异。The use of artificial climate chamber in vivo and leaf disc method in vitro were inoculated for six species of powdery mildew pathogen identification of physiological host conducted powdery mildew inoculation test. The results of two methods are consistent with the identification of host resistance,and it can accurately distinguish six powdery mildew pathogen differentiating host powdery mildew of physiological races 2F sense resistance. In addition,using in vitro leaf disc inoculation,the difference of disease index between the susceptible hosts was not significant,while the use of artificial climate chamber in vivo inoculation,a significant difference of disease index among susceptible hosts were observed.
