抑菌圈法比较研究两种聚胍杀菌性能

摘　　要：通过设计抑菌圈试验,对两种聚胍——聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐和聚六亚甲基单胍盐酸盐的杀菌性能进行了比较研究,考察了两种聚胍对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌的抑菌效果。结果表明,两种聚胍对上述四种常见致病细菌均有很好的杀菌能力,并且两种聚胍具有协同杀菌作用。The germicidal efficacies of polyhexamethylene biguanidine hydrochloride and polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride were comparatively studied to Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus albus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa by inhibition zone method. The results showed that two kinds of poly guanidine for the above-mentioned four kinds of common pathogenic bacteria have significantly bactericidal capacity,and both have synergistic effect on germicidal efficacy.
