摘　　要：【目的】为全面掌握全省棘球绦虫感染的流行状况及综合防治后的效果的检测,【方法】在全省范围内对犬、牛、羊棘球绦虫感染情况进行了调查,【结果】证明我省的犬、牛、羊棘球绦虫感染率较高,既是已采取防治的地区仍然有较高的感染。【结论】这是因为青海省地理环境和牧民生活习俗决定了棘球绦虫的生活史循环链复杂,致使动物的感染率较高,对人体健康和畜牧业的发展造成了严重的威胁,只有因地制宜,采取综合防治的措施才能有效控制。【Objective】In order to better understand the situation of the Echinococcus infection and the effectiveness of comprehensive prevention and treatment measures in the round.【Method】A survey about the infection of Echinococcus on dog,cattle and goat around the whole province was carried out.【Result】It is proved that the infection of Echinococcus was higher on dog,cattle and goat,even if some area had taken measures to control it.【Conclusion】These situations could be explained by the complex life cycle endless chain of Echinococcus to geographical environment and habit,which led to high infection rate on animals,and that was a threat to human health and the development of animal husbandry.According to local condition,only taking comprehensive measures would get the better effects of prevention and control.
