创新型人才需求下完善高校研究生推免评价体系的探索

摘　　要：通过对我国高校研究生推免制度的历史和现状分析,指出现行高校研究生推免评价体系的不足;参考国内重点高校对推免生的要求,提出了基于大学生综合素质测评成绩加权求和的评价体系,旨在进一步提高推免生质量,完善高校推免制度,并为本科生学习态度和方式改变以适应高质量创新型人才需求提供有效的指导建议。This paper, through the analysis of history and research status of university postgrad- uate exam - free recommendation system, points out the deficiencies of current postgraduate ex- am- free recommendation evaluation system; puts forward the evaluation system based on col- lege students＂ comprehensive quality evaluation performance weighting summation referring to the requirements of domestic key universities for the exam -free recommended graduates, ai- ming to further improve the quality of exam - free recommended graduates and perfect exam - free recommendation system, to offer effective suggestion for undergraduates changing learning attitude and approach so as to adapt to the demand of high quality innovative talents.
