摘　　要：党的十八届三中全会提出要进一步深化住房保障体制改革。在改革的过程中,城市特殊群体的住房状况值得我们去关注。贯彻落实中央会议精神,从深化住房保障体系改革的角度出发,探讨解决城市住房特殊群体住房问题的应对方法,具有积极的现实意义。The 3rd plenary session of the 18th Communist Party puts forward to further deepen the reform of the housing security system. In the process of reform, the housing conditions of city special group are worth considering. To implement the central conference spirit, the paper discusses the approach to solve the problems of urban housing and special group housing from the perspective of deepening reform of housing security system, and it has positive practical sig- nificance.
