促进专科护理发展的临床实践环境建立与效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨有利于专科护理临床实践环境建立的因素,促进专科护理发展。方法根据医院发展愿景和护理专业发展要求,制定与之匹配的九大模块,即愿景与价值观,以患者为中心,实践标准,职业发展,合作决策,研究,叙事文化,临床认可与提升,创新和研发,并付诸临床实施。结果护理质量持续提升,护士满意度提高,护士离职率从2.72%下降到1.48%。结论专科护理临床实践环境的建立可促进护理专业发展。Objective To explore the factors that are beneficial to establish a clinical practice environment for advancing the development of nursing specialties.Methods We formulated nine modules that matched well with the hospital developmental vision and nursing development planning,comprising vision and values,provision of patient-centered care,practice standards,professional promotion,cooperation and decision-making,research,narrative culture,clinical accreditation and promotion,and innovation.Results Nursing quality was continuously improved.Nurses′satisfaction was increased,whereas their turnover rate was dropped from2.72%to 1.48%.Conclusion The above-mentioned measures for establishment of clinical practice environment would facilitate to advance the development of nursing specialties.
