摘　　要：目的探讨绘有左右上肢背侧和内侧面浅静脉解剖图的住院患者外周静脉输液治疗档案卡(下称档案卡)在临床静脉输液治疗安全管理中的应用效果。方法将1 072例患者按住院时间段分为对照组540例和实验组532例;对照组按常规行静脉输液治疗,实验组采用自行制作档案卡(主要包括穿刺部位解剖图、疼痛评价方法、特殊药物记录、并发症跟踪记录及满意度调查)行静脉输液治疗。静脉输液治疗结束评价两组静脉输液治疗相关并发症和患者满意度。结果实验组静脉输液治疗相关并发症发生率显著低于对照组,患者满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论采用档案卡有助于护理人员有计划地使用和保护静脉,提高患者输液治疗安全性。Objective To design a file card containing anatomy of superficial veins of upper limb（dorsal and medial）,and to evaluate the application effect on intravenous infusion（IV）safety in hospitalized patients.Methods A total of 1 072 patients were divided into a control group（540cases）and an experimental group（532cases）by chronological order.The control group received conventionalⅣ therapy,while the experimental group received Ⅳtherapy using a self-designed file card which contained these information：anatomy of the puncture sites,pain assessment methods,use of special medications,complications,and satisfaction survey.The incidence of complications and patient satisfaction were compared at the completion ofⅣ therapy between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications was significantly lower,whereas patient satisfaction was significantly higher,in the experimental group than the control group（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Conclusion The file card may assist nurses to reasonably use and protect veins,so as to improve safety ofⅣ therapy.
