摘　　要：120年前爆发的甲午战争以中国割地赔款的彻底失败而告终，中国被拖入半殖民地的深渊。今天，中日再次面临钓鱼岛危机。为此，本文在梳理甲午战争背景的基础上，剖析甲午战争失败的根本原因，进而从汲取教训、防患未然的层面提出几点启示。120 years ago, the outbreak of the Sino- Japanese war 120 years failure paid reparations, semi - colonial China was dragged into the abyss. Today, ago in China ended a complete Japan and China once again face a crisis of the Diaoyu Islands, we can not even rule out the possibility of confliction and escalation. In this paper, it bases on teasing out the process of Sino - Japanese War, analysis of the root causes of the failure of Sino - Japa- nese War, and then put forward enlightenment from the lessons learned, and the level of anticipatory.
