摘　　要：SF6气体中SO2、H2S、CO等组分含量是判断六氟化硫电气设备运行状态的重要指标。文章介绍了电化学传感器原理的六氟化硫分解产物的校验方法,对检验过程中发现的问题进行了总结和讨论。The concentration of SO2 , H2 S, CO and other components in SF 6 is the important index to judge the operating status of power equipment .The verification method of decomposition products based on the electrochemical transducer principle is introduced in this paper .And the problems found in verifi-cation are summarized and discussed .
