摘　　要：根据变螺距螺杆零件的结构特点,选择该零件在四轴联动加工中心上利用旋转轴功能及宏程序指令编程,来满足变螺距螺杆零件的加工要求,并编制了宏程序流程图和相应加工宏程序。According to the structural characteristics of variable pitch screw parts, choosing a suitable part means to meet the processing requirements of variable pitch screw with rotational axis function and instruction program. Meanwhile, the flow- chart of macro - program and the corresponding processing macro - program are made.
