从“德治”观念自觉到“德治”规范形成——西周“德治”伦理思想探析

摘  要:西周是我国奴隶制社会鼎盛时期,是中国古代社会"德治"伦理思想的发祥点。周之代商,其"维新"之处不仅表现在西周"天命"观上的变化,更体现在西周"德治"观念的自觉。与殷商神权政治不同,周人开始注重人事进取精神。始于"德治"观念自觉,西周社会上层形成了较为系统的"德治"伦理思想体系,包括君王道德、道德榜样、道德教化、道德修养、道德礼制等内容。以"德治"思想为基石,西周社会最终得以确立一套以恭敬畏惧、勤俭无逸、孝友惠爱为核心的"德治"道德规范,对后世影响深远。The western Zhou dynasty is the heyday of slavery society and the origin of "rule of virtue" in Chinese ancient so- ciety. The Zhou dynasty replaced the Shang dynasty, whose "reform" not only showed the change of concept about "mandate of heaven", but also about consciousness of "rule of virtue" concept. Unlike theocracy in Yin and Shang dynasty , people in Zhou dynasty began to pay attention to personnel and enterprising spirit . Because of the consciousness of political ethics concept , the western Zhou dynasty formed a completely system of thought about "rule of virtue", including the king morali- ty, moral example, moral education, moral cultivation , moral etiquette, etc. Based on the consciousness of "rule of virtue", the western Zhou dynasty society finally established a set of moral rules about "rule of virtue" ,which regarded fear and re- spect, hardworking and thrifty, filial piety and grace as the core. All those have a deep influence on the later generations.
