清代辉县百泉药会与度量衡管理考略

摘　　要：百泉药会起源于隋代兴起的卫源庙会,清初演变为全国性药材大会;清代百泉药会虽然历经多次迁会风波,但在各界有识之士的鼎力相助下,仍旧不断发展壮大;道光年间的辉县知县周际华相当重视度量衡管理,颁布了与度量衡管理有关的禁令。Medicinal materials trade fair in Baiquan（百泉药会） was originated from the Weiyuan temple fairs（卫源庙会） that sprung up during Sui Dynasty, and it increasingly developed and evolve into the nationwide medicinal materials trade fair in the early Qing Dynasty. In Qing Dynasty, although it had gone through the storm that it was forced to move to another place two or three times, medicinal materials trade fair in Baiquan continued to develop and grow with great help of far-sighted personage in all walks of life. Zhou jihua, a magistrate of a county in Huixian in Daoguang reign of Qing Dynasty, was considerable attention to management measures of weights and measures. He worked out and issued a prohibition relating to the management of weights and measures.
