摘  要:钼粉的粒度对钼制品性能的影响已有较多研究,而与钼粉粒度分级技术对钼制品深加工性能影响的相关报道较少。研究选用了3种不同粒度的钼粉按照Ⅰ级(FSSS≥3.5μm)、Ⅱ级(FSSS:2.5~3.5μm)、Ⅲ级(FSSS≤2.5μm)3个级别进行分级,并将分级钼粉按Ⅰ级钼粉10%,Ⅱ级钼粉80%,Ⅲ级钼粉10%的比例进行配比。通过压型和烧结将原料钼粉、分级钼粉和配比钼粉分别加工成钼板坯,并将钼板坯轧制和冲压成钼箔、钼圆片。检测了钼箔的抗拉强度和杯突值,并统计分析了钼圆片的成品率。试验证明,在钼制品抗拉强度、胀形成形性能以及成品率方面,配比钼粉均优于单一粒度组成的钼粉和未分级的普通钼粉。TThis paper studied the effect of grading technology on the performance of molybdenum products deep processing. We graded three different molybdenum powders into level I(FSSS≥3.5μm), level II (FSSS:2.5~3.5μm) and level III (FSSS≤2.5μm). Ratio operations were performed on the graded M powder according to the proportions of level I 10%, level II 80%and level III 10%. The ungraded M powder, graded M powder and mixed M powder were respectively processed into M slabs, foils and wafers by sintering, rolling and stamping. The tensile strength and the cupping values of Mo-foil were tested and the yield rates of the Mo-discs were calculated. The experiments proved that, the m products out of mixed Molybdenum powder according to the set ratio demonstrates better properties in terms of tensile strength, formability and finished Bulge rates comparing with those of the single particle sized M powder and ungraded M powder.
