摘 要:结合工程实际,对4台凿井绞车悬吊吊盘和大模板提升过程进行控制系统设计。设计中加入的增量编码器、倾角传感器、压力传感器、显示报警等装置,可实现对多台凿井绞车的同步安全控制。该集中监控系统应用于马脊梁煤矿副立井工程,起到了应有的作用,实现了多台凿井绞车同步提升控制,并且就位准确,运行安全,加快了井筒施工速度,取得了最高月进尺达138m的好成绩。In combination with the engineering fact ,a design on the control system was conducted for the 4 set mine shaft sinking winches suspended sinking stages and large formwork lifting process .An incremental encoder ,obliquity sensor ,pressure sensor ,alarm display and other devices were applied in the design and could realize a synchronous safety control of several set mine shaft sinking winches . The centralized monitoring and control system was applied to a mine auxiliary shaft project of Maji -liang Mine ,was played the due function and realized the synchronous lifting control of several set mine shaft sinking winches .The positioning was accurate ,the operation was safe ,the construction speed of the mine shaft was speeded up and a good achievement of a max month sinking rate was 138 m .
