摘 要:国内水力压裂和底板锚注等技术,在施工过程中,钻机重量大,移动困难,严重影响施工效率。为实现钻机快速移动,研制了高效多功能可移动钻机平台,并将常用的TXU-75A、TXU-150型地质钻机与之配套,实现了钻机的快速移动、钻孔定位与快速固定,且可施工0~360°任意角度钻孔,满足各种钻孔作业要求。何家塔和蒋家河煤矿实际应用表明:该钻机平台适应煤矿巷道各种钻孔施工要求,钻机给进平稳,速度均衡,整体结构安全可靠,钻机移动速度快,施工效率显著提高。In the construction process with the hydraulic fracturing ,floor anchoring and grouting ,and other technology in China ,a high heavy drilling rig and difficult moving seriously affected to the con‐struction efficiency .In order to realize the rapid movement of the drilling rig ,the high efficient and multi function mobile drilling platform was researched and developed ,conventional TXU -75A and TXU-150 mode geological drilling rigs were matched with the platform to realize the rapid movement of the drilling rig ,the borehole positioning and rapid setting .Also the borehole drilling with any angle from 0 - 360°could be rapidly constructed and the requirement of the different drilling construction could be met .The actual applications in Hejiata Mine and Jiangjiahe Mine showed that the drilling platform could meet the different borehole construction requirements of the mine roadway ,the feeding of the drilling rig was stable ,the speed was in balance ,the integrated structure was safety and reliable , the moving speed of the drilling rig was fast and the construction efficiency was obviously improved.
