摘　　要：德军大力开展后勤士官基地化训练有其现实的客观需求,具有鲜明的特点。分析研究德军后勤士官基地化训练,可为我军后勤士官培养训练,尤其是后勤士官实战化训练提供不同视角和启示。The Bundeswehr carrying out logistics NCO base-training is based on the reality of the objective needs. The Bundeswehr＇ s logistics NCO base-training has distinctive features. By analyzing and studying the Bundeswehr＇ s logistics NCO base-training we can provide different perspectives and inspiration to enhance the effectiveness of our military logistics NCO training.
