摘　　要：破解"三农"难题的重中之重在于农地产权的进一步变革与创新,农村集体土地确权流转将是土地第三次革命性变革,它不仅仅是一个经济问题,也是政治问题、社会问题、法律问题和生态问题。围绕这一问题,近年来学者们主要从土地流转方式、土地承包经营权流转绩效、土地流转与法律制度、土地流转与城镇化、土地流转与农村金融等方面展开了重点探讨。从这些研究可以发现,随着中国市场化的渐次推进,农村土地流转的形式趋向多元,但在这一过程中,如何完善相关的法律制度、保障农民自身的切身利益仍将是今后改革的重点。The priority in tackling the ＂issues of agriculture, farmer and rural area＂ lies in further reform and innovation of farmland property right, transferring of rural collective land ownership represents the third revolution of farmland. It not only affects economics, but also impacts politics, the society, legal system and ecology. To solve the problem, scholars carried out many researches involving the mode of land transfer, the transfer performance of contracted land, land transfer and legal system, land transfer and urbanization, land transfer and rural finance. According to these researches, as Chinese marketization gradually advancing, land transfer in rural area will be diversified. Hence, how to improve the legal system and protect the interests of farmers will be the focus of the reform in the future.
