摘　　要：社会主义现代化建设与完善是一个系统性的工程。社会主义不仅要彰显生产力的发展要求,也要关注理想价值的主体生成。理想价值主要体现在核心价值观上,因此凝练核心价值将成为重中之重。在西方,社会民主主义政党作为价值社会主义的发起者和实践者,倡导"自由、平等、团结"的基本价值,注重核心价值的文化继承性、制度实践性、内容多层次性、表述简洁性。因此,积极吸收其合理凝练方法,有利于凝练中国特色社会主义核心价值,拓展核心价值的建设平台。The socialist modernization construction and perfection are a systematic engineering. Socialism is not only to reveal the development of productivity requirement, but also to pay more attention to the ideal value of the body. Ideal value is mainly manifested on the core values, therefore, refining the core value will become a top priority. In the west, the social democratic party as the initiator and practitioners of the socialism value, it initiates the basic values of ＂freedom, equality, unity＂, and pays attention to the cultural inheritance, the system practicalness, content hierarchy and expression simplicity. Therefore, actively absorbing the reasonable concise methods of the social democratic party is helpful to refine the core value of socialism with Chinese characteristics and expand the construction platform of core value.
