摘　　要：中国古代爱国主义传统与当代精神文明建设有诸多的契合点,主要体现在:热爱祖国,维护国家的统一;酷爱自由,反抗民族的压迫;抵御外侮,捍卫国家的尊严;威武不屈、成仁取义的气节;开拓进取,创造灿烂的文明;百折不挠、顺应潮流的改革精神等方面。古今相通,古代爱国主义传统是当代精神文明建设的重要资源。Chinese ancient patriotism tradition and contemporary spiritual civilization have many integrating points ,and they are embodied by： love for motherland ,safeguarding national unity ;love of freedom, revolting against oppression;resisting foreign aggression to defend nation＇s dignity;unbending integrity for justice;pioneering to create brilliant civilization;perseverance,reform and other aspects. The ancient and the modern are well interlinked,and the ancient patriotism tradition is an important resource of contemporary spiritual civilization.
