摘　　要：文中笔者结合自身质量管理体系联络员工作实践探讨海事机构引入ISO质量管理体系的现状和困境,并就优化海事机构质量管理体系提出了相关对策和建议。Based on the experience as liaison for quality management system, the author studies the status quo and difficulties of the maritime administration in introducing quality management system. The paper also puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions on optimizing the quality management system of the maritime administration.
