摘 要:随着我国经济的不断发展,超限高层住宅建设项目日益增多。因而,超限结构抗震性能分析的问题引起工程设计人员的高度关注。本文以合肥市某Y形超限高层工程为背景,采用SATWE和Midas Building两种计算软件,分析其结构整体计算的内容和结果,然后利用静力弹塑性分析的结果,寻找性能点,找出结构的薄弱部位,深入了解该超限结构后,再对工程的结构抗震性能进行评估,并提出合理的抗震加强措施。该工程结构抗震设计可为类似工程提供参考。With the continuous development of our economy, the high-rise residential building construction projects are increasing. Therefore, the seismic analysis of out of gauge structure performance problems caused great concern to engineering designers. In this paper, taking a Y shape of Hefei City high-rise project as the background, we analyzedthe structure of the whole content and calculation resultsby using SATWE and Midas Building in two different mechanical models.. Then, the results of the static elastic-plastic analysis are used to find the performance points and find out the weak parts of the structure. According to the overrun structure, the seismic performance of the engineering structure is evaluated, and the reasonable seismic strengthening measures is put forward. The engineering structure seismic design can provide a reference for the similar engineering.
