摘　　要：肩手综合征是脑卒中后常见的并发症之一,针灸是治疗中风的重要方法之一,其临床治疗的疗效也是确切的。近年,随着生活水平的不断提高,中风后遗症的康复治疗越来越显示出其重要性,越来越多的复杂多元化的康复方案被临床医生和患者接受和采用,其中针灸发挥的作用越来越重要,从对近10年各种针灸治疗方法做文献总结,以寻求确切的为患者减轻痛苦的治疗方法。Shoulder-hand syndrome is a common complication after stroke. Acupuncture is one of the important methods of treating stroke, and its clinical efficacy is accurate. In recent years, with the continuous improvement in living standards, the treatment in rehabilitation of stroke sequelae is becoming increasingly important. More and more rehabilitation programs are accepted by clinicians and patients. The acupuncture therapy plays a more important role in rehabilitation programs. This study summarized types of literature of acupuncture treatment in past 10 years, in order to seek the exact therapy for patients to relieve pain.
