持续封闭负压引流材料在会阴部创面治疗中的应用及机制研究

摘　　要：观察和研究持续封闭负压引流材料（VSD）在外科会阴部创面治疗中的应用和机制。采用随机对照研究的方法，我科室2007～2013年间对336例会阴部手术患者（肛周脓肿、骶尾部褥疮等）为研究对象，分别分为干预组168例和对照组168例。干预组采用 VSD 治疗，对照组采用传统换药方法。同时应用免疫组化方法对治疗1周后两组的局部组织 C －ski 表达情况进行比较。应用 VSD 的患者的手术部位或创面取得较理想的治疗效果。创面愈合时间明显缩短，干预组平均为14±1．2 d，而对照组平均为27±1．4 d。而 C －ski 表达在 VSD 组有明显升高，有统计学差异。将 VSD 应用在会阴部创面中，可促进 C －ski 基因表达。该引流材料的应用明显缩短患者住院天数，减少了患者痛苦。To observe and study the continuous vacuum sealing drainage （VSD）in the application of surgical perineal wound treat-ment and nursing.Totally 336 cases of patients after perineal operations （crissum abscess,sacral tail bedsore,etc.）from 2007 to 2013 in our department were randomly divided into two groups.The 168 patients in the control group received routine treatments,while the 168 patients in the experimental group used the VSD technique.All of the 336 patients were given health guidance and analysis. Patients obtained ideal therapeutic effect in the wound or surgical site by using VSD technique.Applying VSD in the perineum wound, combined with the perfect health guidance and high quality nursing,may shorten the hospitalization days and reduce patients＆#39;pain.
