摘　　要：通过对国内某大型机械工厂设计,对可能影响职工健康的有害因素进行分析,并采取综合措施,改善工人工作的劳动卫生条件,做到有针对性、经济性和实用性,保证工厂的安全生产和职工的身心健康。The research of this paper takes one of the certain big mechanical factories as target.It analyzed the factors that may have harms on worker＇shealth and take action to improve the working conditions with the base of targeted,economical and practical mind to assure the safe production and workers＇ health both in physically and mentally.
