摘 要:以未经煅烧煤矸石5 mm筛下颗粒料和普通硅酸盐水泥制备密度为800~1200 kg/m3充填用煤矸石泡沫混凝土。研究了早强剂与煤矸石泡沫料浆的相容性及其早强效果和煤矸石泡沫混凝土抗压强度影响因素,测定了泡沫混凝土的应力-应变曲线,对断面形貌进行了观察。研究结果表明,3种早强剂与煤矸石泡沫料浆都有很好的相容性,氯化钙的早强效果最好;随着密度增大、龄期延长、水泥掺量增加、水泥等级提高,泡沫混凝土的强度增加;潮湿环境下煤矸石泡沫混凝土的抗压强度不降反升;遭受破坏时泡沫混凝土能维持一定时间较大应力;随着泡沫混凝土密度减小,孔径变大,气孔分布不均匀性增大。Coal gangue foam concrete for filling with density of 800-1200 kg/m3 was prepared from uncalcined 5 mm coal gangue particle and Portland cement. Compatibility of early strength agent with coal gangue foam slurry, effect of early strength agent on early strength, and influence factors of compressive strength of the foam concrete were experimentally studied, stress-strain curves of the foam concrete were measured, and fracture morphologies of the foam concrete were observed. It has shown that, 3 kinds of early strength agent all have good compatibility with coal gangue foam slurry, calcium chloride has the best effect on early strength, compressive strength of the foam concrete increases with increase of density, extend of curing time, increases of content and grade of cement, compressive strength of the foam concrete not only do not decrease but increase under moist conditions ; the foam concrete still maintains a greater stress for a period of time when fractured, pore size and in-homogeneity of pore distribution increases with the decreases of density of the foam concrete.
