水胶比对于高强自应力钢管混凝土膨胀性能的影响

摘　　要：高强自应力钢管混凝土实现自应力依赖于核心混凝土的膨胀性能以及混凝土膨胀与强度的协调发展,而水胶比是实现核心混凝土膨胀性能和强度等级的关键。因而,试验研究了水胶比对核心混凝土膨胀性能的影响,结果表明,对于强度等级不同膨胀混凝土和砂浆,水胶比的影响规律不尽相同,随着水胶比的降低,C60混凝土的膨胀率数值先增加后降低,C70混凝土的膨胀值则持续降低;对于相同强度等级的膨胀混凝土及其砂浆,其膨胀性能具有较好的相关性。Since the stress of high strength self-stressing concrete filled steel tubes （SCFST） is achieved dependent on expansion properties of concrete and coordinated development of expansion and strength of concrete. The water-cement ratio is the key to achieving the expansion properties and strength of core concrete. Thus, study of the influence of water-cement ratio on expansion properties of concrete, the results show that, the influence of water-cement ratio on expansion properties for different strength grade concrete and mortar is different. Reducing water-cement ratio, the expansion of C60 concrete increased first and then decreased, and the expansion of C70 concrete continued to reducing. The expansion properties has good correlation with concrete and mortar for same strength grade.
