摘　　要：热风炉作为高炉附属设备,要求服役1-2代高炉炉龄,而热风炉实际使用寿命常由热风炉系统耐材内衬决定。耐材内衬在使用过程中经常出现问题,耐材内衬在线热态修复是延长热风炉耐材使用寿命的有效方法。本文对热风炉系统耐材内衬常见的修复方法及修复用材料进行了介绍。The hot blast stove as ancillary equipment of blast furnace, was required to serve 1-2 generation of blast furnace, but the actual life was often determined by the state of refractory lining in hot blast stove system. Some problems were often appeared in the process of use of the refractory lining, so hot repairing online of refractory lining was an effective method for prolonging the life of the hot blast stove. The common repair methods and materials about refractory lining in the hot blast stove system were introduced in this paper.
