摘  要:选择K3[Fe(CN)6]为内标物,分别选择2117 cm-1和1100 cm-1处的吸收峰为内标物和石英砂中二氧化硅的定量峰,确定了内标工作曲线,发现在0.2<mSi O2/mK3[Fe(CN)6]<1.2的范围内线性关系较好,从而建立了测定二氧化硅含量的内标分析法。通过与红外比较法的对比实验,以及与经典重量法的对照实验,结果表明比较法测定条件要求严格,难以控制,测定结果精密度和准确度不高。与重量法对照发现内标法测定结果准确度与精密度均较高,方法可靠性好,而且具有快捷、高效、环保等优点,是一种很有前景的石英砂中二氧化硅含量分析方法。Used K3 [ Fe(CN) 6 ] as internal standard, selected absorption peak on 2117 cm ~ of internal standard and the peak on 1100 cm-1 of quartz sand as the quantitative peaks. Drew the internal standard working curve, found that the working curve had good linear relationship in the range of 0.2 〈 ms^o2/ mK3[Fe(CN)6] 〈 1. 2 , SO established internal standard analysis method for silicon dioxide content of quartz sand. Through the contrast experiment with the infrared comparison method, and the gravimetric method. The results showed that comparison method was difficult in controlling the strict conditions to meet the determination, with the results of poor precision and accuracy. Comparing with gravimetric method, internal standard method was a more reliable one with the higher precision and accuracy, and had the advantages of fast, efficient, environmental protection. We think it will be a promising analysis method on silicon content of quartz sand.
