摘  要:本文以钛酸正四丁酯为钛源、赖氨酸为修饰剂,研究了原位修饰法制备氨基化纳米二氧化钛的实验条件,并通过SEM、FT-IR、TG对制得的材料进行表征。研究结果表明:在赖氨酸添加量为4.0g、pH值为10.0、温度为100℃的实验条件下,合成的纳米TiO2形貌呈鳞片型密集排列,鳞片厚度为10nm左右,其氨基含量达2.8mmol·g-1。由此证实,通过赖氨酸的原位修饰可以实现纳米TiO2的氨基化,并能调控纳米TiO2表面的氨基含量及其形貌结构。The effects of experimental conditions on amino nano-TiO2 prepared in situ modification were studied in this paper which used tetrabutyl titanate as Ti source, and lysine as the modification agent. Then the materials were characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy ( FT-IR ), Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM) and Thermogravimetric Analysis (TG). Results showed that the nano-TiO2 were mostly about 10 nm in thickness arranged scales densely and 2.8 mmol· g-1 in amino content under the conditions of 4.0 g lysine, pH 10.0 and 100 ℃. Consequently, amino nano-TiO2 were successfully prepared by the in situ modification of lysine, which could also control the amino content and morphology structure on the nano-TiO2 surface.
