烫伤药水喷雾剂促进大鼠烫伤愈合实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察烫伤药水喷雾剂对大鼠烫伤创面愈合的影响。方法将150只浅Ⅱ度烫伤SD大鼠模型随机分为5组,即实验高、中、低剂量组(烫伤药水喷雾剂),阳性对照组(磺胺嘧啶银软膏),阴性对照组(基质软膏),每组各30只。5组大鼠制备浅Ⅱ度烫伤模型后,阴性对照组予基质软膏外涂,剩余4组分别予相应药物外涂或外喷。于烫伤后第2、7、14 d随机取各组大鼠各10只,计算创面愈合率;第1、2、3 d随机取各组大鼠各10只,截取创面皮肤,计算组织含水量;第5、10、15 d 8:00取各组剩余10只大鼠,计算大鼠新生毛细血管生长情况。结果第2、7、14 d实验中剂量组及阳性对照组创面愈合率高于阴性对照组同期(P<0.01),第7、14 d实验高剂量组创面愈合率高于阴性对照组同期(P<0.01),第2、7 d实验低剂量组创面愈合率高于阴性对照组同期(P<0.05);第1、2、3 d实验中剂量组及阳性对照组创面组织含水量均低于阴性对照组同期(P<0.01,P<0.05),第1、2 d实验高、低剂量组创面组织含水量低于阴性对照组同期(P<0.05)。第5、10、15 d实验高、中剂量组及阳性对照组创面组织新生毛细血管数均高于阴性对照组同期(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论烫伤药水喷雾剂具有减少烫伤组织水肿,促进大鼠创面愈合的良好作用。Objective To observe the healing effects of scald lotion spray on scalded wound in rats .Meth-ods 150 SD rats （shallow Ⅱ degree scald model） were randomly divided into 5 groups：the experimental high -, middle -,low -dose group （scald lotion spray）,positive control group （sulfadiazine silver ointment ） and negative control group （matrix ointment）,30 rats in each group.After shallow Ⅱ degree scald modeling,rats in negative con-trol group were received matrix ointment for external use ,and rats in other four groups were received corresponding drugs for external use.10 rats were randomly selected in each group ,and the wound healing rate was detected on the second,seventh and fourteenth day after scald .10 rats were randomly selected in each group that removed skin after anesthesia on the first,second and third day of experiment ,and the tissue water content was calculated .The remaining 10 rats in each group were selected,and the growth situations of newly born capillaries on skin tissue were observed on the 5,10,15 d at 8 am in order to evaluated the regenerative capacity of scald lotion spray on scald wound healing . Results The wound healing rate in experimental middle -dose group and positive control group was higher than that in negative control group on 2,7,14 d （ P 〈0.01）,the wound healing rate in experimental high -dose group was higher than that in negative control group on 7,14 d （ P 〈0.01）,as well as the esperimental low -dose group on 2, 7 d （ P 〈0.05）.The tissue water content in experimental middle -dose group and positive control group was lower than that in positive control group on 1,2,3 d （ P 〈0.01, P 〈0.05）,as well as the experimental high -,low -dose group（ P 〈0.05）.The amounts of newborn blood capillary in experimental high -dose,middle -dose and positive group was higher than that in negative group （ P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01）.Conclusion Scald lotion spray has good effects on the promoting wound healing in rats involves reduce scalded tissue e
