基桩检测用塑料声测管的应用前景分析

摘　　要：钢材行业是我国的重污染高耗能行业,钢制品的减少使用是社会发展的必然趋势。目前基桩检测声测管的材料基本都是钢管,对于塑料声测管的应用研究较少,通过对目前塑料声测管的应用问题、施工推广进行分析,提出了专用塑料声测管的设计要点,对塑料声测管的应用进行了展望。The steel producing is a high pollution and high energy consumption industry and it is the social development trend of reducing the use of steel productions.The steel pipes in the state of the practice of the cross-hole sonic logging in the integrity testing of the cast-in-place concrete piles predominant and the utilization of the PVC plastic pipes in the integrity testing is relatively rare.This paper presents a feasibility study of the use of plastic pipes in the sonic logging test.The design,application and installation aspects of the plastic pipes are discussed in the paper.
