摘 要:对马克思主义的信仰、对社会主义和共产主义的信念,是共产党人的政治灵魂与精神支柱。但当前党员干部理想信念问题突出,有的不信"马列"信"鬼神",有的对党的理想信念与宗教信仰的区别认识模糊,且"党内不讲真话"现象突出。造成当前理想信念问题的原因很多,但从意识形态建设与理想信念教育本身看,面对社会转型与信息化发展,我们仍习惯于用传统思维、传统内容、传统方法来加强意识形态建设与理想信念教育,尚未有效把握信息化条件下意识形态建设与理想信念教育的规律与特点,尚未建立起意识形态建设新的"话语权"。新时期要增强理想信念教育的有效性,必须对传统的意识形态建设进行调适、改进教育方式与方法,增强理想信念教育的针对性。Faith in Marxism, socialism and communism is the political soul and the spiritual pillar of the Communists. However, some of them believe in'ghosts and gods'instead of'Marxism-Leninism'. They have a fuzzy understanding of the difference between the Party's ideal and religious belief. The phenomenon of not uttering the truth stands out in the Party. There are many reasons for the current crisis of beliefs. In terms of the ideological construction and ideal education, we are still accustomed to the traditional thinking, traditional content and traditional way to strengthen the construction of ideology despite the social transformation and development of information technology. And to top it off, we have not grasped the rules and characteristics of ideological construction and education and we have failed to establish the corresponding right of speech. To enhance the effectiveness of the ideal education in the new era, we must adjust and improve traditional ways and means of ideological education so as to strengthen the relevance of such ideal education.
