摘　　要：患者,男,81岁,因外伤致右前臂红肿热痛3d伴意识模糊、大小便失禁半天,于2015-02-02 20：30入院。既往否认高血压病、冠心病、风心病、糖尿病、肾病等病史;否认肝炎病史。入院检查：T38℃,P 127次/min,R 30次/min,到达急诊科血压60/40mmHg（1 mmHg=0.133kPa）经过抢救后进入监护室血压90/60mmHg（多巴胺维持）,This paper reported a case of severe septic shock caused by aeromonas hydrophila.This patient was 81 years old.He suffered serious blood infection accompanied with severe septic shock caused by the aeromonas hydrophila.We found that on the basis of comprehensive treatment,for severe septic shock caused by the aeromonas hydrophila infection,the appliation of sufficient close of penicillium carbon alkene antibiotics and tobramycin and quinolones may be able to enhance anti-infection effect.
