摘　　要：目的：观察带线锚钉急诊治疗髌骨下极撕脱性骨折的疗效。方法：回顾性分析2011-07-2014-03收治的髌骨下极撕脱性骨折21例,均采用带线锚钉内固定治疗。结果：随访6-12个月,骨折均愈合,膝关节功能使用HSS评分法：优19例,良2例,优良率100%。结论：采用带线锚钉急诊治疗髌骨下级粉碎性骨折,操作简单便利,创伤小,术后效果良好,无需2次手术。Objective ： To explore the efficacy of suture anchor in emergency management of avulsion fracture ofinferior pole of patella. Method：We presented a retrospective analysis of 21 cases of avulsion fractures of inferior pole of patella treated with suture anchor admitted in our hospital from July 2011 to March 2014. Result. Patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months and all got fracture healing. The outcome of the procedure was assessed with use of the HSS score standards . excellent in 19 cases,good in 2 cases. Conclusion：Application of suture anchors in the treatment of patella avulsion fracture surgery is simple and minimally Invasive. Good results can be obtainedwithout secondary surgery.
