摘  要:以一台蒸发式冷风扇作为测试对象,对其耗水量进行测试。通过分析得到了蒸发式冷风扇在低风速下运行时的耗水量分别与进口干球温度,进口干湿球温差,进出口温差成正比关系;当干湿球温差最大为8.9℃,耗水量也增大到最大值4.4kg/h;拟合出了耗水量与进出口温差的关系,拟合系数为0.8381;测试了在三个风速下运行时的耗水量,分析得到在中等风速2m/s运行下,耗水量最小。通过分析蒸发式冷风扇耗水量的影响因素,可以推测出直接蒸发冷却耗水量的影响因素,对后期直接蒸发冷却耗水量的研究有指导意义。According to the test ofan evaporative air cooler, this test is mainly for its water consumption; Water consumption is respectively proportional to its let-in dry-bulb temperature, the temperature difference between wet and dry bulb, the difference between imports and exports at low speed. When the difference is up to 8.9 4.4kg/h; It also obtained the linear relationship between water consumption and the temperature difference between imports and exports and the fit coefficients is 0.8381; In moderate speed 2m/s operation, its water consumption is the lowest. By testing its water consumption indicators and influencing factors, we can infer direct evaporative water consumption, to have guiding significance for the late direct evaporative water consumption study.
