摘 要:针对现在夏热冬冷地区存在的在建筑物节能设计时,为了减少冬季供暖能耗而增加围护结构保温的现象,本文利用Dest软件对某一被动式住宅建筑全年自然室温进行模拟计算。通过比较外墙与窗户传热系数以及建筑外围护结构的窗墙比分别变化时建筑物自然室温与度小时数的变化,得出了围护结构的过度保温以及窗墙比的增大都会导致建筑自然室温与度小时数均有所增加的结论。故在住宅建筑节能设计时,不能一味的增大围护结构保温能力,应综合考虑居住人员间歇使用空调的习惯以及能耗情况。During the energy-saving design of buildings in hot summer and cold winter area, envelope insulation are widely enhanced for the purpose of energy consumption reduction for heating in winter. In this paper, natural temperature changes of a passive residential building are simulated throughout the year. Based on the comparison of natural temperature changes and degree hours while the heat transfer coefficient of wall and window, window - wall ratio varied, it shows that over-insulated or too big window - wall ratio will lead to the worse and increasing of degree hours. Then during the energy-saving design of residential buildings, just increasing the envelope insulation shall not be recommended. The intermittent use of air conditioning and energy consumption need be comprehensively took into consideration.
