摘　　要：文化经济发展是社会经济发展的必然趋势,是建设社会主义现代化的必然要求。通过分析沙县文化经济化的意义及有利因素,浅析沙县小吃文化经济化的乘数效应,构建沙县小吃文化经济化体系。The development of cultural economy is the inevitable trend of social and economic development ,as well as a necessary requirement of the construction of socialist modernization. Through the analysis of the significance and advantages of snack cultural economization in Shaxian County ,this thesis offers a brief analysis of the multiplier effect of snack cultural economization in this county ,and constructs its snack cultural e‐conomization system .
