摘　　要：目的通过检测TKTL1在星形胶质细胞瘤中的表达水平,探讨TKTL1在星形胶质细胞瘤中的意义。方法采用实时荧光定量PCR检测TKTL1在星形胶质细胞瘤中的表达水平,进行免疫组化染色、免疫印迹(Western blot),获得数据进行统计学分析。结果与正常脑组织相比,TKTL1 m RNA表达水平在胶质瘤组织中明显上调,在高级别胶质瘤组织中的表达水平明显高于低级别胶质瘤,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 TKTL1在星形胶质细胞瘤组织中比正常脑组织中的表达明显增高,随着肿瘤级别的升高表达增强,推测TKTL1表达与肿瘤细胞的增殖侵袭密切相关。ObjectiveTo explore the importance of the expression of TKTL1 in astrocytoma.MethodsTo the expression of TKTL1 in astro-cytoma was analyzed by real-time PCR, and the data from immunohistochemical staining technique and Western blot were obtained for statistical analysis. ResultsThe expression level of TKTL1 mRNA was higher in astrocytoma and the level was higher in higher level glioma comparing with lower level glioma （P〈0.001）.ConclusionThe expression of TKTL1 was higher in astrocytoma than that of normal brain tissue and the expression level was higher in high level tumor, which mean the expression of TKTL1 might have close relationship with the proliferation and invasion of tumor cell.
