浅析陈云外资工作思想及其当代价值

摘　　要：归纳总结陈云外资工作思想,分析陈云外资工作思想基本态度,并从三个方面论述陈云外资思想当代价值:一是加快外资引进力度,提高对外开放水平;二是加强金融管理发展对外贸易吸收外汇,服务社会主义现代化建设;三是加强外汇管理,防范国际债务风险和金融危机。This article summarizes Chen Yun＇s thought and his basis attitude towards foreign funds and its contemporary value from three respects,first,speeding upforce in foreign capital introduction and raise the level of opening the outside world,Second,strengthening our financial management and pay more attention on foreign trade business that we can get more foreign exchange payments,we also can services for China＇s socialist construction,Finally,we need to strengthen the management of foreign currency and prevention the international debt risk and economic crisis.
