摘  要:以抗坏血酸和甘氨酸为反应物,在磷酸存在下应用溶剂热法一步合成出365nm紫外光激发下呈亮黄色荧光的碳点.用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、荧光光谱(XRF)和红外光谱(FTIR)对碳点的物相、形貌和粒径、光致发光性能及表面基团等进行了表征;研究了碳点/H2O2催化体系在对酸性品红的降解性能,用荧光光谱法推测了可能的反应机理.结果表明,合成的碳点粒径约5nm,分散性好,表面富含—OH、C=O等基团,具有激发波长依赖的发光特性.30mg·L-1的酸性品红溶液在可见光照射下,180min内可降解92%,降解过程中有羟基自由基生成.Strong photoluminescent yellow fluorescent carbon dots(CDs)under 365 nm excitation were synthesized by one-step solvothermal method in the presence of phosphoric acid using ascorbic acid and glycine as starting materials.The as-prepared CDs were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),fluorescence spectrum(XRF)and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).The results show that the synthesized CDs have small size of 5nm,good monodispersity and uniform size distribution.The CDs were rich in hydroxyl and carbonyl groups on the surface.The emission wavelength of CDs depended on the excitation wavelength.The degradation efficiency of AF reached 92% with initial concentration of 30mg·L^-1 within 180 min.The hydroxyl radicals(—OH)are detected in the reaction.
