摘　　要：目的探讨影像学检查对女性盆底功能障碍性疾病的诊断价值。方法将我院收治60例盆底功能障碍患者,分为观察组与对照组,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在治疗前进行三维超声检查,比较治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为96.7%,对照组总有效率73.3%,两组对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论影像学检查是对女性盆底功能障碍性疾病进行观察的有效影像学方法,值得临床推广。Objective Study the diagnostic value of imaging examination in female pelvic floor dysfunction. Method 60 cases of pelvic floor dysfunction patients in our hospital, divided into observation group and control group. The control group receives conventional treatment, and the observation group receives three-dimensional ultrasonography before treatment, comparing the therapeutic effects. Result The total efficiency of the observation group is 96.7%, the control group is 73.3%, the difference of the two groups significantly（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Imaging examination is the effective imaging method for female pelvic floor dysfunction observation, being worth clinical promotion.
